The LENS Program has been designed to help improve awareness of self and others, to supercharge trust-building capability and to deepen connections across personal and professional dynamics. Once mastered, the knowledge contained in this program will both your charisma and your confidence.
The Program, grounded in the world’s leading techniques, will give you the ability to more effectively navigate difficult conversations and to adjust your communication in real time towards more positive outcomes.
There are approximately 18 to 20 hours of solid learning and activities in the Program, and whether you want to improve your ability to close that deal, to de-escalate conflict, to better lead and influence or to truly share your story, The LENS Program has been designed to help you achieve those goals.
