This program provides the fundamentals on how to structure and conduct a site vulnerability assessment through a systematic evaluation process including quantitative and/or qualitative techniques. The program includes information on how to characterise the protection systems and processes of facilities and how to conduct basic insider and outsider analyses. Other content covered includes how to alter self-perception of a site, scenario development, response to risk decisions and vulnerability assessment documentation.
